Refund Policy

At All In Media. ("we", "our" or "us"), we are dedicated to providing high quality marketing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy is established in accordance with Colombian law and describes our conditions for refunds for services.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Services Provided:
Because our services are personalized and digital, we do not offer refunds once the service has begun, unless otherwise stated in the contract or this policy.

1.2 Right of Withdrawal:
According to Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Law), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 5 business days of entering into the contract, provided that the service has not been fully provided or the product has not been consumed. This right applies only to contracts entered into outside commercial premises.

2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

2.1 Formal Request:
To request a refund, the customer must send a formal written request to [Contact Email]. The request must be made within the withdrawal period established by law or in accordance with the specific terms of the contract.

2.2 Required Information:
The application must include the following information:

  • Full name of the client.

  • Details of the service purchased.

  • Reason for refund request.

  • Proof of purchase or contract.

2.3 Evaluation and Response:
Once we receive the request, we will evaluate the case and respond within a maximum of 15 business days. If accepted, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Exceptions and Conditions

3.1 Non-Refundable Services:
Services that have been fully performed or have been customized specifically for the client will not be refundable once completed.

3.2 Errors in the Provision of the Service:
If we make a mistake in providing the service, we undertake to correct it at no additional cost. If the correction does not meet your expectations, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Modifications to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of posting.
